Pulitzer Prize winning playwright, Marsha Norman. Orphaned in India, Mary Lennox, an 11 year old girl
returns to Yorkshire to live with her grieving, reclusive Uncle Archibald and his spoiled, invalid son,
Colin. Mary discovers a locked garden that once belonged to her uncle's late wife, Lily, that has been
terribly neglected over time. Mary begins nursing the garden back to life, and discovers that she also
has the strength to bring life back to the cold manor and love back into the hearts of her family.
