Connect with a competitive cast of quirky spellers in this lively one act musical comedy.
Rona Lisa Peretti, a proper judge, flashbacks as she recalls her first triumph as a champion speller and sets the stage for audience participation. Six local elementary and middle school winners advance to the county final Spelling Bee to compete for the grand prize. Bring your dictionary. Be prepared. Based on the original improvisational play C-R-E-P-U-S-C-U-L-E created by Rebecca Feldman.
Auditions are Monday May 14th and Tuesday 15th from 7pm-9pm by appointment.

Auditon form can be downloaded here.
Prepare one song which may be from the score and shows your vocal range. Please audition with a 16-32 bar cutting but be prepared to sing entire number if asked. Please bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided. No prerecorded accompaniment will be allowed. Headshot and resume requested.
Callbacks on May 16th at 7pm will involve cold readings from the script and movement so please dress in comfortable clothing.
All auditions and callbacks will be held at the Center for the Visual Arts; 400 E Hickory Street.
Cast includes 5 men 4 women with doubling with age range 21-60.
